DeckHub Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using DeckHub, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.

2. Your Account

You must be 13 or older to use DeckHub. You're responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under it. Don't share your credentials.

3. Your Content

You own the photos and posts you share. By posting, you grant DeckHub a license to display your content within the app. You're responsible for what you post — don't share anything illegal, hateful, or that violates someone else's rights.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: post spam or fake listings, harass other users, scrape or reverse-engineer the app, or use DeckHub for any unlawful purpose.

5. For Sale Listings

DeckHub displays links to third-party marketplaces (e.g., eBay). We are not a party to any transaction and are not responsible for sales, disputes, or the accuracy of listings.

6. Termination

We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms, at our discretion.

7. Disclaimer

DeckHub is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We're not liable for damages arising from your use of the app.

8. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.

9. Advertising

DeckHub may display sponsored content and advertisements from third-party partners. We track ad impressions and clicks in aggregate to provide advertisers with performance statistics. These statistics show totals and unique user counts — they are never individual-level profiles shared with advertisers. Advertised results are not guarantees of reach; actual impressions and clicks depend on user activity and may vary. See our Privacy Policy for details on how anonymous device IDs and account IDs are used for ad tracking.
